Erica is a student currently studying at McGill University in the faculty of Education. In the following years, she plans to continue her studies to achieve her dream of becoming a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. She has worked with children across several settings for the past 6 years. In these last 3 years, Erica has had the opportunity to work with children who have had a variety of special needs as an Applied Behavior Analyst as well as a Registered Behavior Technician. Both in and out of the workplace, she is creative, optimistic, and enthusiastic. She is an extremely dedicated, motivated, and passionate individual. Erica loves the uniqueness of not only every child, but also of every day working in the field. She has a genuine passion for helping children reach their full potential, and truly believes there is no feeling more rewarding than taking part in that. Erica is so grateful to have the privilege to meet and work with the amazing children coming to the Little Red Playhouse this summer.
